The house is warm and cosy and includes the following equipment: fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, hob, oven, toasters, kettle, washing machine, iron and ironing board, cd/tape/radio player, large screen TV with free2air satellite, video player (on separate tv), dvd player, payphone (your mobile will not work here), Aga type stove for cooking and water heating (Winter only).   In Summer, water is heated via an immersion.  Heating and fuel for fires are included. All the other electricity by £1 coin meter.

Downstairs there is a large living room with Aga type stove at one end (winter use only) and an inglenook fireplace with woodburning stove at the other. Off this is the Chapel Room with another woodburning stove looking out over the large garden and Snowdon, with patio doors leading to a sheltered south facing terrace with tables, chairs and beautiful flowers. The fully equipped galley type kitchen is off the living room and at the back is a new shower room, separate toilet and utility room. There is also a separate dining room with a large table and antique Welsh dresser.

Upstairs there are 4 bedrooms, 2 with double beds, 1 with twin beds and 1 with 3 single beds. Off the landing is a large modern bathroom, from the bath you can see the summit of Snowdon and 2 narrow gauge railways! There is also a separate toilet.

Outside there is a large secluded garden with uninterrupted views of the mountains and gates to stop small children escaping. There is secure car parking for 4 cars alongside the house and adjacent is our private car park for more parking or football.

Weekly lets Friday to Friday (arrive after 15.00hrs, depart by 10.00hrs), bed linen is supplied so guests only have to bring towels (towels available for an extra charge of £5 per person for a bath and hand towel).  For others' comfort and wellbeing, no pets or smoking. Rent includes bed linen (but not towels) heating and wood for the stoves. All other electricity via a £1 coin meter.

Broadband is available with wireless router(£10 per week or short break).  Bring your laptop to keep up to date with family,  friends and work (if you must) plus updates on things to do via the internet.

Deposit 1/3rd of rent, balance 8 weeks before holiday. Security bond of £100, returnable after a satisfactory inspection at the end of your holiday.
